Main Ingredients

  • 1 Hansalim sausage
  • 1 green bell pepper (including seeds enhances flavor!)
  • 3 lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 onion

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

1. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly and slice it into bite-sized pieces, including the seeds. Stir-frying with the seeds adds a richer flavor. (Refer to the video for more detailed preparation instructions!)

Step 2

2. Slice the sausage into your desired shape and thinly slice the onion. Lightly oil a pan and stir-fry the sausage, onion, and the prepared bell pepper over medium heat. The ingredients will turn slightly golden and release a delicious aroma.

Step 3

3. When the ingredients are almost cooked, add soy sauce and mirin, and stir-fry quickly to coat evenly. Just before turning off the heat, add a pinch of black pepper for extra fragrance. This creates a flavorful stir-fry combining the savory sausage and fresh vegetables.
