Microwave Choco Pie Brownie
Make a Delicious Brownie(?) with a Microwave and Choco Pie!
I wanted to eat Choco Pies in a delicious way, so I tried making this! This is a super simple and quick recipe for a chocolatey treat using just a microwave and a Choco Pie. It results in a surprisingly moist and rich brownie-like dessert that’s perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings instantly.
Ingredients- Milk: 4-5 tablespoons (approx. 60-75ml)
- Choco Pie: 1 piece
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare a microwave-safe dish. A mug or a small bowl will work perfectly.
Step 2
Place the entire Choco Pie into the prepared dish. Don’t break or cut it; use it as is.
Step 3
Pour about 3 tablespoons (approx. 45ml) of milk over the Choco Pie. The milk helps to soften the Choco Pie and create a batter. If you’d like a sweeter flavor, you can add a little sugar at this stage.
Step 4
Now, microwave the mixture for about 30 seconds. Be careful not to overheat, as it can burn. Keep a close eye on the time.
Step 5
Carefully remove the dish from the microwave. Using a fork or spoon, gently mash the softened Choco Pie and mix it thoroughly with the milk until you have a smooth, consistent batter. Ensure there are no large lumps for the best texture.
Step 6
Check the consistency of your batter. If you prefer a more moist and gooey texture, add another tablespoon (approx. 15ml) of milk. For an extra gooey brownie experience, you can even add up to 2 tablespoons (approx. 30ml) more milk. However, adding too much can make it too runny, so adjust accordingly.
Step 7
The batter should look smooth and thick, similar to the consistency shown in the image. It should slowly drip from the spoon.
Step 8
Return the dish to the microwave and heat for another 1 minute. This time is based on a standard microwave; you may need to adjust the cooking time depending on your specific appliance. Once done, let it cool slightly. You’ll have a warm, moist, and delicious Choco Pie Brownie ready to enjoy! It’s best served warm.
