Step 1
We’re going to make LA Galbi today, which is slightly sweet and incredibly tender – a truly exceptional dish perfect for any special celebration. It’s a crowd-pleaser for all ages.

First, prepare 500g of LA Galbi. To help remove blood impurities, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar over the ribs and let them sit for about 15-20 minutes. After that, gently rinse them under running water to remove the blood, and then pat them thoroughly dry with paper towels.

Next, we’ll prepare the delicious marinade. In a blender, combine 1/2 pear, 1/2 onion, 1/2 small piece of peeled ginger, and 4 garlic cloves. Blend until smooth. The pear and onion will help tenderize the meat and add a subtle sweetness.
