Main Ingredients- 1 pack Enoki mushrooms (approx. 100g)
- 6 strips Bacon (preferably thick-cut)
- 1 Tbsp Cooking oil
- 1/3 Tbsp Minced garlic (approx. 5g)
- 2/3 Tbsp Oyster sauce (approx. 10ml)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
- A pinch of Black pepper
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, cut the 6 strips of bacon into bite-sized pieces, about 2-3 cm in length, suitable for children. Briefly blanch the cut bacon in boiling water for about 2 minutes. This step helps to reduce the saltiness of the bacon and remove excess grease and additives, resulting in a cleaner taste. After blanching, drain the bacon well using a sieve.
Step 2
Next, prepare the enoki mushroom pack. Trim off about 1 cm from the firm base of the enoki mushrooms with a knife. This prevents the mushrooms from falling apart too easily during cooking, making them easier to handle.

Gently separate the enoki mushrooms into individual strands or thin clusters by hand. This ensures that the seasoning is evenly distributed and helps the mushrooms cook more quickly and absorb flavors better. If any parts are clumped together, gently loosen them with chopsticks.
