Main Ingredients- 100g chocolate pancake mix
- 50ml milk
- 1 egg
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, crack one egg. Add 50ml of milk and 100g of chocolate pancake mix. Gently whisk or stir with a spatula until no dry lumps remain. Ensure the batter is smooth for the best results.
Step 2
Transfer the batter into a piping bag. If you don’t have a piping bag, you can use a resealable plastic bag with a small corner snipped off. Make sure the opening is just right to control the batter flow.
Step 3
Heat a non-stick pan over low heat. Add a little cooking oil and wipe it evenly with a paper towel to lightly coat the surface. This prevents sticking and ensures even cooking. Now, pipe small, coin-sized circles of batter onto the pan. You can adjust the size to your preference.
Step 4
Continue cooking over low heat. Once small bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to look set, carefully flip the cereal pieces. Cook for a short while longer on the other side until golden brown. Be careful not to cook on high heat, as this can burn the outside before the inside is cooked.
