  • 4 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp fine chili powder (gochugaru)
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

First, wash the broccoli thoroughly under running water. Then, carefully cut it into small, bite-sized florets. If you wish to use the stems, peel them thinly and chop them finely.
