Ingredients

  • 150g fresh strawberries
  • 150ml sparkling water, chilled
  • 1 tsp honey (approx. 5ml, adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Gently wash the fresh strawberries under running water to remove any dirt. Soak them in clean water for about 10 minutes, then drain them thoroughly in a colander. This process helps preserve the freshness of the strawberries.

Step 1

Step 2

Remove the stems from the strawberries. If they are large, you can cut them in half. Place the measured 150g of strawberries into a blender and process them. If you prefer some texture, blend them only briefly so that small pieces remain visible.

Step 2

Step 3

Prepare a beautiful glass and pour the strawberry puree into it. I personally don’t have a very sweet tooth, so I added 1 teaspoon (about 5ml) of honey. However, for a noticeably sweet drink, you might want to add about 1 tablespoon (about 15ml). It’s best to taste and add more honey later if needed 🙂

Step 3

Step 4

Fill the glass generously with ice cubes.

Step 4

Step 5

Next, pour in the sparkling water. I used about half of a 300ml bottle, but the exact amount will depend on the size of your glass. You can adjust this to your preference.

Step 5

Step 6

For a simple garnish, I added a sprig of apple mint. The combination of strawberry and mint aromas is wonderfully delightful and truly healing…^^ Enjoy your homemade beverage!
