Create Your Own Easy Home Cafe Recipe with Seasonal Strawberries: How to Make Fresh Strawberry Cream Soda
I made a strawberry cream soda using fresh, seasonal strawberries, perfect for the winter months. It’s a delightful drink that brings a taste of spring to your home.
Ingredients- 5 fresh strawberries
- Ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp strawberry syrup
- 150ml club soda or lemon-lime soda
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare your ingredients. Wash 3 of the strawberries, remove the stems, and dice them into small, 0.5cm pieces. Thinly slice the remaining strawberry for garnish.
Step 2
Place the diced strawberries at the bottom of your chosen glass. This way, you get a burst of strawberry flavor and texture with every sip.
Step 3
Fill the glass generously with ice cubes. Using plenty of ice will keep your cream soda perfectly chilled.
Step 4
Artfully arrange the thinly sliced strawberry pieces along the inside of the glass. This adds a beautiful visual appeal and enhances the drink’s strawberry aroma.
Step 5
Gently pour 150ml of club soda or lemon-lime soda over the ice and strawberries. The carbonation adds a refreshing effervescence.
Step 6
Add 1 tablespoon of strawberry syrup. Stir gently with a spoon or straw to combine all the flavors. You can adjust the amount of syrup to your preference.
Step 7
Carefully place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the drink. As it slowly melts, it will add a creamy, delightful richness to the soda.
Step 8
Finally, place the reserved thin strawberry slice on top of the ice cream for decoration. Your beautiful and delicious strawberry cream soda is now ready to be enjoyed!
