- 200ml water
- 2 Tbsp oligosaccharide (adjust to taste)

First, wash 1 fresh tomato thoroughly and remove the stem. Then, cut it into large chunks (about 4 or 6 pieces) for easy blending.

Place the large tomato chunks and 200ml of cool water into a blender or food processor. The amount of water can be adjusted to achieve your desired juice consistency.

Add 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide for a touch of sweetness. Feel free to add a little more if you prefer a sweeter taste, or reduce or omit it if you prefer a less sweet flavor. Adjust according to your preference.
