Key Ingredients

  • 160g gelatin powder
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 5 fresh strawberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare 160g of gelatin powder. Wash and get your fresh fruits (orange, strawberries, kiwi) and frozen blueberries ready.

Step 1

Step 2

Peel or hull the fruits as needed (orange, strawberries, kiwi) and cut them into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 cm. Grapes and blueberries can be left whole, or halved if they are large, for easier eating.

Step 2

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine the 160g of gelatin powder with 2 cups (approx. 400ml) of cold water. Stir well until there are no lumps, allowing the gelatin to fully hydrate and bloom. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes.

Step 3

Step 4

Pour the bloomed gelatin mixture into a saucepan. Gently heat it over very low heat just until it’s warm and the gelatin has completely dissolved. Avoid boiling at all costs, as this can damage the gelatin’s setting ability. Stir occasionally to ensure it dissolves evenly.

Step 4

Step 5

Arrange the cut fruits attractively in your serving bowls or jelly molds. Once the gelatin mixture is clear and liquid, carefully pour it over the fruit, ensuring the fruit pieces are mostly submerged.

Step 5

Step 6

Chill the jelly in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until completely set and firm. To serve, you can scoop it directly with a spoon. If you wish to unmold it, carefully run a thin knife around the edge of the container to loosen the jelly before inverting onto a plate.
