- Plain Yogurt Powder: 2 Tbsp
- Cold Milk: 1 cup (200ml)
- Frozen Blueberries: 1 cup (approx. 100g)
- Honey or Agave Syrup (optional, for sweetness adjustment)
Cooking Instructions

In your blender, combine 1 cup of frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup of corn flakes, and 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt powder. The corn flakes will add a subtle graininess and a delightful crunch to your smoothie.
