Main Ingredients- 3 slices of baguette
- 15g salted butter
Pickled Radish- 4 radishes (root part only)
- 2 pinches salt
- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 pinches pepper
Avocado Cream- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 pinches salt

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for your delicious Avocado Open Toast today. Fresh ingredients are key to a great flavor!

Wash the radishes thoroughly. We will only use the root part; discard the leafy tops.

Finely julienne the radish roots. Thinly sliced radishes will have a better texture when pickled.

Add 2 pinches of salt to the julienned radishes, mix well, and let them sit for 5 minutes to soften. This process reduces the radish’s pungency and enhances its sweetness.
