Hearty Vegetable Soup Ingredients- 150g unsalted butter (approx. 5 pieces)
- 2 carrots
- 6 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 bag whole garlic cloves
- 2 packets vegetable broth (150ml each, total 300ml)
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 1 head broccoli
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 bottle tomato sauce (approx. 400g)
- 2 cubes spicy curry powder (for 5-6 servings)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a deep pot, melt 150g of unsalted butter (about 5 pieces) over medium-low heat. Stir gently, being careful not to burn the butter.

Add 2 carrots, peeled or unpeeled and washed thoroughly, cut into bite-sized pieces, to the pot. Adding carrots early allows their natural sweetness to infuse into the broth.
