Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, let’s make the base broth for our delicious Aged Kimchi and Soybean Paste Stew. In a pot, combine 1300ml of water and a handful of dried anchovies. Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer for about 5 minutes to extract the anchovy flavor. Once the broth is ready, strain out the anchovies to get a clear liquid.
