Let’s prepare a hearty and satisfying meal! We’ll be making a delicious curry generously packed with tender beef. Gather all the ingredients that will add depth and flavor.

Cut the onion in half and then slice it into approximately 0.5cm thick strips. Slicing them this way helps bring out their natural sweetness when sautéed.
