Zesty Lemon Dressing

  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp whole grain mustard
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
