Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, let’s make the chewy dough. In a bowl, add 150g of all-purpose flour. Pour in 80ml of milk or soy milk. Next, add 1 teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon of melted butter or cooking oil, and mix them together.

Using a spatula or your hands, mix until no dry flour remains and the mixture is smooth. If the dough is too stiff, add a little more milk; if it’s too sticky, add a bit more flour until you achieve the desired consistency.

Transfer the dough to a clean work surface and knead it for about 30-40 times until it becomes smooth and elastic. Proper kneading is key to achieving a delightfully chewy texture.
