  • 1 bunch of chives (approx. 50g)
  • 1/2 small can of Spam (approx. 100g)
  • 1 bowl of cooked rice

Cooking Instructions

First, let’s prepare the vegetables. Finely dice the onion and carrot. (You can skip this if you don’t have onion or carrot!) Heat a pan over medium-low heat, add cooking oil, then add the minced garlic and the diced vegetables. Sauté until fragrant.

Once the vegetables start to turn slightly translucent, add the Spam (about half of a small can, or 100g), cut into small cubes, and stir-fry together. Adding the onion at this stage as well will enhance the overall flavor.

When the Spam and vegetables are well combined, it’s time to add the seasonings. Stir in the gochugaru, sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Sauté briefly to allow the flavors to meld.
