Main Ingredients- 2 bowls of warm rice
- 200g chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 stalk of green onion (finely chopped)

Fried Rice Seasoning- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice wine (Cheongju or Mirin)
- A pinch of black pepper

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, let’s prepare the seasoning for the fried rice. Measure out 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
