Ingredients- 1 pack Tofu wraps (drained)
- 100g Sweet corn (drained)
- 70g Mozzarella cheese or your favorite cheese
- 10 Seedless olives (sliced)
- 1/2 Bell pepper (finely diced)
- 1/2 Onion (finely diced)
- 3 Button mushrooms (finely diced)
- 4 Tbsp Bacon crumbles
- 4 Tbsp Salsa sauce or pizza sauce
- Pinch of dried parsley (for garnish)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, choose your sauce! This will define the flavor of your pizza toppings. I used a slightly spicy salsa sauce for preparing the pizza filling, but a store-bought pizza sauce works wonderfully too. Create a healthy pizza tailored to your taste!
Step 2
Now, it’s crucial to thoroughly drain the tofu wraps. Place them on kitchen towels and gently press to remove as much moisture as possible. This step ensures your tofu ‘crust’ will be firmer and crispier.
Step 3
Finely dice the vegetables and mushrooms for your pizza toppings. Dicing the bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms finely will help them meld together harmoniously when sautéed.
Step 4
In a frying pan, add 4 tablespoons of salsa sauce. Then, toss in the diced bell pepper, mushrooms, onion, and bacon crumbles. Sauté all the ingredients together, the order doesn’t matter much here, just ensure they are well combined with the sauce.

Since these pizzas will be baked again in an oven or air fryer, sauté the mixture just until the onions become translucent and slightly tender. Overcooking can diminish the vegetables’ pleasant crunch.

Prepare a 6-cup muffin tin. Place the drained tofu wraps, overlapping them within each muffin cup, to form the base of your pizza ‘dough’.

Arrange the tofu wraps in a cross (+) shape within each muffin cup. This creates a neat, cup-like structure perfect for holding your delicious toppings.

Generously spoon the sautéed topping mixture onto the tofu ‘crusts’. Next, arrange the drained sweet corn and sliced olives aesthetically on top to complete the toppings.
Step 9
Finally, sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese or your preferred cheese over each pizza. The melting cheese will beautifully bind all the ingredients together.
Step 10
Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F). Place the pizzas inside and cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly, and the tofu base is lightly crisped.
Step 11
