Ingredients
  • 100g Cabbage
  • 180ml Yogurt

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, wash 100g of fresh cabbage thoroughly. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the cabbage and blanch it for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. This process helps to retain the crispness of the cabbage while making it easier to digest. Lightly drain the blanched cabbage and place it directly into a blender.

Step 2

Next, pour 180ml of plain yogurt into the blender. The yogurt adds a smooth and slightly tangy flavor to the juice. If you prefer a sweeter taste, feel free to add a little honey or agave nectar.

Step 3

Secure the lid of the blender and blend the ingredients until smooth, which should take about 30 seconds to 1 minute. If the juice seems too thick, you can add a little cold water or milk until you reach your desired consistency. Pour the blended Cabbage Yogurt Juice into a glass and enjoy it chilled!
