Main Ingredients- 1 Chicken breast (approx. 150-200g)
- 1 Bell pepper (choose your favorite color)
- 8 Whole garlic cloves (or 1 Tbsp minced garlic)
- 1/2 stalk Green onion (approx. 50g)
Seasoning- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Oligosaccharide (or honey)
- A pinch of Black pepper (about 4 grinds)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the seasoning sauce for your delicious chicken breast stir-fry. In a small bowl, combine 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 Tbsp oligosaccharide (or honey), and about 4 grinds of black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Step 2
Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the whole garlic cloves and sauté slowly until they turn golden brown and fragrant. You can leave the garlic cloves whole, slice them, or mince them according to your preference. Be careful not to burn the garlic by adjusting the heat.
Step 3
Once the garlic is fragrant, add all the prepared vegetables. Cut the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces (about 2cm), removing the seeds. Slice the green onion diagonally. It’s important to stir-fry the vegetables over high heat for a short time until they are slightly tender but still crisp.

Now, add the chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces. Stir-fry until the chicken turns white and is almost cooked through. Then, add the prepared seasoning sauce and stir everything together until the sauce evenly coats all the ingredients. Continue to stir-fry until the chicken breast is fully cooked and the sauce has slightly thickened.
