Cooking Instructions

Step 1

【Making Mummy Sausage Monsters】
1. Thinly slice the frozen Crescent Rolls dough into long strips. Wrap these strips around the sausages like bandages, leaving a small space between the top (head) and the body to place the eyes later.
2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
3. Once slightly cooled, use a little peanut butter as ‘glue’ to attach the candy eyeballs to create your cute mummy sausage monsters!

Step 1

Step 2

【Making Mini Bat Balls】
1. In a bowl, combine the chocolate Rice Krispies cereal with melted butter and marshmallows. Mix well until everything is coated. Use an ice cream scoop or your hands to shape the mixture into balls and let them set slightly in the refrigerator.
2. Once the balls have firmed up, spread a thin layer of melted marshmallow or peanut butter on top. Carefully attach blue corn chips cut into bat wing shapes.
3. Use peanut butter to stick on the candy eyeballs. Your adorable mini bat balls are now ready!

Step 2

Step 3

【Making Denture Monsters】
1. Wash the apples and cut them into quarters, removing the core. To prevent browning, you can soak the cut apple slices in lightly salted water for a few minutes.
2. Place the apple quarters cut-side up. Carefully carve out a curved shape from the center of each quarter to resemble an open mouth.
3. Fill the carved-out space with a mixture of strawberry jam and peanut butter (about half and half). Then, place small marshmallows along the edge to look like gums.
4. Finally, use peanut butter to attach the candy eyeballs. Your friendly denture monsters are complete!

Step 3

Step 4

【Making Cookie Monsters】
1. Place each color of candy melts (pink, green, blue, orange) into separate microwave-safe bowls. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until fully melted. Be careful not to over-microwave, as they can harden if heated too long!
2. Take your Rice Krispies Treats Crispy and shape them as desired. Dip them into the melted candy melts, ensuring they are well-coated. Before the candy melts set, press the candy eyeballs into them to create the characteristic eyes of the Cookie Monster.

Step 4

Step 5

【Making Worm Monsters】
1. In a bowl, melt 1 Tbsp of butter and 1+1/2 cups of marshmallows in the microwave until smooth.
2. Add 2 cups of Rice Krispies cereal to the melted marshmallow mixture and stir until evenly combined.
3. Lightly grease an ice cream scooper (like a portion scoop or Thumb Press Disher) with butter to prevent sticking. Scoop the mixture and shape it into balls, letting them set slightly.
4. Use a chopstick to carefully create a hole in the center of each cereal ball. Insert a gummy worm into the hole and gently press to secure it.
5. Use peanut butter to attach the candy eyeballs. Your wiggly, fun worm monsters are ready to delight!
