Main Ingredients
- 2 potatoes (approx. 170g)
- 3 strips of bacon
- 1/2 onion
- 2 Tbsp canned corn
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel them, and then slice them thinly, about 0.5 cm thick. Slicing them thinly will reduce the microwave cooking time. Place the sliced potatoes in a microwave-safe dish, add 50ml of water, and microwave for 5 minutes. The potatoes should become tender.
Step 2
While the potatoes are still hot from the microwave, mash them using a potato masher or a fork. Mashing them while warm ensures a smoother consistency. To make the potatoes even softer and more moist, add 2 tablespoons of milk and mix well. This will create a consistency similar to a smooth puree.
Step 3
Dice the bacon into approximately 1cm pieces and finely chop the peeled onion. Finely chopping ensures they blend well with the potatoes for a better texture.

Place the diced bacon in a dry pan over medium-low heat and cook until lightly browned. Once the bacon releases its fat, add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until the onion becomes translucent, using the rendered bacon fat.
