How to Make Gorgonzola Pizza Using Tortillas
Enjoy a simple yet sophisticated Gorgonzola pizza right at home! This recipe uses readily available tortillas for a quick and delightful meal or appetizer.
Pizza Ingredients- 1 pc 20cm tortilla
- A generous handful of shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella, cheddar)
- A pinch of dried parsley (for garnish)
Flavorful Sauce Base- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp butter

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, heat a pan over medium-low heat. Add 1 Tbsp of butter and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute or slightly longer until fragrant, creating a savory garlic butter sauce. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Spread the prepared garlic butter sauce evenly over the tortilla. This base will infuse the tortilla with delicious flavor.

Leave about a 1cm border around the edge of the tortilla, then spread the shredded cheese generously over the center. Don’t be shy with the cheese – it’s key to a rich, satisfying pizza!

Once cooked, carefully remove the pizza from the air fryer basket. It’s easiest to lift it out using the parchment paper it was cooked on. Be mindful of the heat!
