Incredibly Delicious Cheese Salmon Steak Recipe
Salmon felt a bit lacking, so I added cheese, which I always love, and it turned out deliciously.
Ingredients- 200g Salmon fillet
- 1 slice Cheese (e.g., Cheddar or Mozzarella)
Seasoning- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, ensuring it coats the pan evenly.
Step 2
Carefully place the salmon fillet into the heated pan. Sear over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side, until the exterior is a beautiful golden brown. Ensure the inside cooks through properly – adjust heat as needed. (Tip: Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your salmon fillet. Aim for a moist interior.)
Step 3
Once the salmon is nearly cooked, peel the plastic wrapper off the slice of cheese. Have it ready to place on top.

Place the cheese slice on top of the cooked salmon. Sprinkle with a pinch of freshly ground black pepper to enhance the flavor. Continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese has melted beautifully over the salmon. The melting cheese creates a wonderfully rich sauce.
