Instead of regular balsamic vinegar, I prefer using balsamic glaze. It’s thicker and doesn’t run off easily, making the dish look more appealing. It also has a pleasant sweetness rather than being too tangy, so even kids tend to enjoy it.

Slice the fresh mozzarella cheese into rounds or half-moons, about 0.5 cm thick. I’m slicing mine into rounds for a cute presentation.
