How to Make a Homemade Strawberry Shake Using Fresh Seasonal Strawberries
We’ve made a super fresh and delicious strawberry shake using ripe, seasonal fresh strawberries. Enjoy a healthy and tasty homemade beverage!
Ingredients- 10 fresh strawberries
- 1 small container of plain yogurt
- 150ml milk
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, select 10 fresh, ripe strawberries. Wash them thoroughly under running water and carefully remove the green tops (stems). Removing the stems is important for a smooth taste without any bitterness.
Step 2
Place the prepared strawberries into your blender. Next, add the contents of one small container of plain yogurt. Yogurt will add a lovely creaminess and a pleasant tang to your shake.
Step 3
Now, it’s time to add the milk to achieve your desired consistency. Pour approximately 150ml of fresh milk into the blender. You can adjust the amount of milk slightly to make your shake thicker or thinner.
Step 4
Secure the lid on your blender and blend until all ingredients are completely smooth and well combined. Ensure there are no strawberry chunks remaining for the best texture.
Step 5
Pour your beautifully blended strawberry shake into a glass. Your fresh, sweet, and delicious seasonal strawberry shake is now ready to enjoy! Drink it as is, or customize with ice or a dollop of whipped cream.
