Prepare about 300g of fresh raw oysters. You’ll also need half an apple and half a red onion to go with them. Prepare half a stalk of green onion to add a fragrant aroma.

Gently rinse the raw oysters in cold, lightly salted water to remove any impurities. Drain them thoroughly in a colander, ensuring all excess water is removed. Handle the oysters with care to prevent them from breaking.

Prepare the seasoning ingredients. Measure out 2 tablespoons of gochugaru (Korean chili flakes). You can adjust the spiciness according to your preference to best complement the fresh oyster flavor.
