Main Ingredients- 6 fresh Napa cabbage leaves (for wraps)
- 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 apple, julienned
- 1/2 bell pepper (any color), julienned
- 100g cooked chicken breast, shredded
Simple Dressing- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- A pinch of sesame seeds (to taste)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, wash all your vegetables thoroughly. Julienne the carrot, apple, and bell pepper. Wash the Napa cabbage leaves and set aside. If using cooked chicken breast, shred it into bite-sized pieces.

Heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the julienned carrots and sauté briefly until they are tender-crisp, maintaining their crunch.

Add the shredded chicken breast and 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce to the same pan with the carrots. Stir-fry for about 20 seconds, just long enough for the sauce to coat the chicken. Be careful not to overcook.

Fill a pot with about half water and bring it to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, carefully add Napa cabbage leaves in batches of two. Submerge the tougher stem part first, then the leaves, and blanch for approximately 30 seconds. Avoid overcooking, as this will make the cabbage lose its crispness. Immediately transfer the blanched leaves to an ice bath or cold running water to stop the cooking process. Once cooled, gently squeeze out excess water. Repeat this process for the remaining cabbage leaves.

All your components are now ready! Arrange them neatly on a plate, preparing to assemble the Napa cabbage rolls. You’re all set to create these healthy and flavorful rolls featuring fresh vegetables and lean chicken breast.

On a clean cutting board or a large plate, overlap three blanched and squeezed Napa cabbage leaves to form a base. If you have a bamboo sushi mat, place it underneath the cabbage leaves – this will make rolling much easier.
