I often skip breakfast, so I decided to make a ‘Strawberry Banana Smoothie’ that’s perfect for a quick morning meal and can help shake off fatigue by lunchtime! Strawberries are packed with Vitamin C, 10 times more than apples and twice as much as lemons, making them excellent for fatigue recovery, skin health, and antioxidant effects. Bananas, on the other hand, aid in preventing constipation and relieving stress. It’s a great way to boost your health with a tasty strawberry banana smoothie!
