It utilizes a low-sodium soy sauce recipe, making it a guilt-free and flavorful side dish. Main Ingredients- Munamuri (Korean Angelica Tree Leaves) – 80g (washed and trimmed)
- Cucumber – 100g (washed)
- Red chili pepper – 1 (seeds removed)
- Green chili pepper (Cheongyang pepper) – 1 (seeds removed)
- Minced green onion – 1 Tbsp
Low-Sodium Seasoning- Low-sodium soy sauce – 3 Tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Plum extract (Maesilcheong) – 1 Tbsp (adjust sweetness to taste)
- Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp (for brightness)
- Perilla oil (Deulgireum) – 1 Tbsp (for nutty aroma)
- Toasted sesame seeds, crushed – 1 Tbsp (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Begin by preparing the ingredients. Wash the munamuri thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly on the bias (diagonally). For the chili peppers, remove the seeds and julienne them finely. This will add both color and a touch of heat to the salad.
