- 3 Tbsp chopped green onion
- 10 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 8 Tbsp dried anchovy broth
- 3 Tbsp chopped green onion
