Essential Ingredients- 250g Q.one Homemade Biscuit Mix
- 1 large egg
- 20ml cold milk
- 1 tablespoon basil pesto
- 1 lemon (for zest)

In a mixing bowl, combine 20ml of cold milk and 1 large egg. Whisk gently with a fork until well combined, ensuring the yolk and white are thoroughly mixed.

Add 1 tablespoon of fragrant basil pesto to the mixture. Whisk again until the pesto is evenly incorporated, allowing its aroma to blend with the milk and egg.

Add 250g of Q.one Homemade Biscuit Mix to the bowl. Use a spatula to gently mix until no dry flour is visible. Be careful not to overmix; just combine until a cohesive dough forms.
