First, pour 900ml of store-bought vegetable broth (usually one carton) into a pot. Using pre-made broth allows you to achieve a rich and savory taste without the hassle of making your own.

Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly, and then cut them into thick, bite-sized pieces, about 1.5-2cm thick. Cutting them this way helps them stay fluffy and prevents them from falling apart when cooked.
