Easy & Delicious Marshmallow Cracker Recipe
I made these delightful marshmallow crackers because one of my family members loves them! They’re a perfect sweet and soft treat for everyone to enjoy.
Ingredients- 1 Marshmallow
- 2 Ritz Crackers (or similar round crackers)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, gather your ingredients: 1 marshmallow and 2 Ritz crackers. You can use any brand of round, buttery crackers you like.
Step 2
Place one Ritz cracker on your serving plate. Then, place the marshmallow on top of the cracker. Finally, top the marshmallow with the second Ritz cracker, creating a sandwich: cracker, marshmallow, cracker.
Step 3
Carefully place the cracker sandwich into the microwave. Heat for 5 seconds, then repeat once more for another 5 seconds. You’re looking for the marshmallow to soften and slightly puff up, not melt completely or burn. Two short bursts are usually perfect.
Step 4
Once removed from the microwave, gently press down on the top cracker. This helps the melted marshmallow adhere to both crackers. Enjoy immediately while the marshmallow is warm and gooey for the best texture and flavor!
