Main Ingredients- 4 Eggs
- 5-8 Flower-shaped sausages (or regular sausages)
- Approx. 3 servings of cooked rice (warm)
Seasoning & Garnish- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Prepare 4 eggs. Carefully separate the whites from the yolks, placing them in different bowls. You’ll use 2 yolks for stir-frying the rice and the remaining 2 whites for making the flower decorations later.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add about 2-3 bowls of warm cooked rice. Add the 2 separated egg yolks and the other 2 whole eggs (reserving the separated whites). Pour in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Stir-fry the rice, breaking up any clumps with a spatula, until the eggs and soy sauce are evenly mixed throughout the rice. Ensure each grain of rice is coated for the best flavor.
Step 3
Divide the well-stirred rice among 3 plates, portioning them nicely. Drizzle ketchup over each plate for added color and flavor.
Step 4
Thinly pan-fry the 2 egg whites to create round shapes. Using a spoon, place a moderate amount of the stir-fried rice in the center of each fried egg white circle and gently shape it into a ball. Finally, arrange the flower-shaped sausages attractively on top of the rice. Squeeze a little ketchup around the sausages or on the rice for a cute finishing touch.
