First, prepare your ingredients. Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly. Finely chop the onion. Season the steak beef with salt and pepper. Slice the brie cheese thinly; slicing it thinly is important so it melts well into the sauce. Lastly, finely chop the scallions to be used as a garnish.
