  • 5 Cheongyang chili peppers
  • 5 Cloves of garlic
  • 10cm Green onion
  • ½ Tbsp Sesame seeds

Seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • ½ Tbsp Oligosaccharide (or corn syrup)
  • ½ Tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1.5 Tbsp Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • ½ Tbsp Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

First, clean the chicken gizzards thoroughly. Boil them in water for about 10 minutes until tender. Once cooked, finely chop them into bite-sized pieces (about 1-2cm).
