  • 120g Granulated Sugar (adjust to your sweetness preference)
  • 1 Large Egg
  • A little extra sugar for topping (optional)

In a mixing bowl, combine 200g of peanut butter, 120g of granulated sugar, and 1 large egg. If you’re using creamy peanut butter, you’ll achieve a smoother cookie texture. For a bit more bite, opt for chunky peanut butter with visible peanut pieces. Mix everything together until well combined.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop portions of the peanut butter mixture and roll them into balls of your desired size, placing them onto the prepared baking sheet. For an extra touch of sweetness and visual appeal, gently press a bit of sugar onto the top of each cookie. Skipping the sugar topping is also perfectly fine; the cookies will still be deliciously nutty and sweet. (Tip: I made bite-sized cookies and got about 24 in total.)
