Main Ingredients- 2 large potatoes
- 2 small potatoes
- 1 small king oyster mushroom
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 3 Tbsp corn kernels
- 6-7 sausages
- 140g pizza cheese
Seasoning- 7-8 Tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tsp cooking oil

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Wash all vegetable ingredients thoroughly under running water. Peel the potatoes, and prepare the king oyster mushroom, onion, bell pepper, and sausages.
Step 2
Thinly julienne the potatoes, onion, and bell pepper so they are easy to eat on the pizza. Slice the king oyster mushroom into half-moon shapes, not too thick, to retain a pleasant chew. Slice the sausages diagonally for a visually appealing presentation.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add 2 teaspoons of cooking oil and spread it around to prevent the ingredients from sticking.
Step 4
Spread the julienned potatoes thinly and evenly across the bottom of the heated frying pan. This layer will serve as the pizza crust.

Generously spread 7-8 tablespoons of tomato sauce over the potato layer. Ensure the sauce covers the potatoes evenly.

Arrange the half-moon sliced king oyster mushrooms attractively on top of the tomato sauce.

Layer the thinly julienned onion over the mushrooms. The natural sweetness of the onion will add depth to the pizza’s flavor.

Now, add the colorful and fresh julienned bell pepper. Using a variety of bell pepper colors will make the pizza look even more appetizing.
