NunaCo’s Golden Recipe: No Oven Needed! Chewy and Moist Fusion Pan Pizza (Great for Camping!)
Today is a special day with all the kids staying home! I decided to make a delicious pizza for my whole family. This is my unique pan pizza recipe that doesn’t require an oven, cooked right on the stovetop. It’s wonderfully chewy and moist, packed with the flavors of various vegetables and cheese, making it a hit with everyone, young and old. It’s also perfect for a simple and tasty meal during camping trips or outdoor adventures, so give it a try!
Pan Pizza Dough & Topping Ingredients- 2/3 cup All-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup Sweet rice flour (glutinous rice flour)
- 2/3 cup Milk
- 1/2 medium Onion (approx. 80g)
- 100g Mini king oyster mushrooms
- 30g Black olives
- 40g Carrot
- 1 Cucumber
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
- 150g Triple shredded cheese
- 150g Ham (garlic ham recommended)
- 1 cup Store-bought pizza sauce
- Pinch of salt
- Olive oil

First, let’s prepare the vegetables and ham that will add richness to our pizza. We’ll divide each ingredient: about half for topping and the other half to mix with the sauce. For the topping ham, slice it thinly into bite-sized squares. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Slice the cucumber, carrot, and mini king oyster mushrooms thinly or into appropriate sizes for easy topping.

Lightly coat the topping ingredients with olive oil and sauté them briefly in a pan to enhance their savory flavor. This also helps reduce excess moisture, improving the texture. Finely mince the remaining ingredients for mixing with the sauce. The finer they are, the better they will blend into the sauce for enhanced flavor.
