- 30g Sweet Corn (drained)
- 1/4 Red Bell Pepper

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare all the ingredients needed to make the chicken breast pizza sausage. Wash everything thoroughly. Finely chop the bell peppers and onion.
Step 2
Dice the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and onion as finely as possible. Smaller pieces will ensure the filling mixes evenly and creates a better texture within the sausage.
Step 3
Drain the sweet corn completely using a sieve. It’s important to remove excess water, as too much moisture can make the sausage filling watery.

Ensure the chicken breast sausages are thawed. Carefully cut them lengthwise in half with a knife, but make sure not to cut all the way through to the end, leaving about 1cm uncut. This will act as a hinge, preventing the filling from spilling out once added. Gently open them up like a book.

In a bowl, combine the finely diced onion and bell peppers, the drained sweet corn, and the tomato sauce. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined. Ensure the vegetables and sauce are evenly distributed.

Carefully spoon the prepared vegetable mixture into the cut side of each chicken breast sausage. Fill them generously but ensure the mixture doesn’t spill out from the sides.
