Don’t think making dumplings is difficult! It couldn’t be easier!
Using quality dumpling wrappers (HACCP certified), you can create delicious dumplings simply by adding stretchy mozzarella cheese and tender chicken breast. These are perfect as a snack for kids or an appetizer for adults! A great advantage is that you can make a large batch at home, freeze them, and easily take them out to enjoy whenever you crave them. If they taste a bit rich after eating many, pairing them with a zesty mustard lemon dressing will cut through the richness perfectly. Be sure to note down the dressing recipe too, and enjoy making them!
Main Ingredients- 310g dumpling wrappers (HACCP certified recommended)

Step 1
We’re going to make incredibly simple yet special pan-fried dumplings using high-quality, HACCP-certified dumpling wrappers, filled generously with stretchy mozzarella cheese and savory chicken breast. This recipe is designed so anyone can easily achieve delicious results.

1. Prepare the Filling Ingredients: First, gather your chicken breast, dumpling wrappers, and a good amount of mozzarella cheese. Using fresh ingredients will enhance the flavor of your dumplings.

2. Prepare the Cheese: Since I used a block of mozzarella cheese, I cut it into bite-sized pieces suitable for the dumpling filling. If you’re using pre-cubed cheese, you can skip this step.

Cut the chicken breast into pieces similar in size to the cheese. Cutting them into uniform, bite-sized pieces will make filling the dumplings much easier.

4. Folding the Dumplings: Dumpling wrappers can dry out quickly. To prevent this, keep any unused wrappers covered with a damp cloth or sealed in a zip-top bag. Take them out one by one as you need them.

Lightly moisten the edges of the dumpling wrapper with water; this helps them seal properly. Place a portion of the prepared chicken breast and mozzarella cheese onto the wrapper. Then, carefully fold and seal the dumpling into your desired shape. Don’t forget to moisten the edges!

You can shape your dumplings however you like – half-moon, square, or any other creative form. A well-shaped dumpling is even more appealing to eat.
