Essential Ingredients- 200g frozen avocado
- 4 slices olive ciabatta (or whole wheat bread, baguette, sliced bread, etc.)
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp basil pesto
- Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1-2 Tbsp milk
- Pinch of black pepper

Step 1
Gently thaw the frozen avocado. If you have time, thawing at room temperature for about 30 minutes is best. If you’re in a hurry, place the frozen avocado in a microwave-safe container, cover, and microwave for about 1-2 minutes. Be careful not to overheat, as it can cook.

Prepare the frozen olive ciabatta. Toast it in a toaster oven or on a pan for about 2 minutes until lightly golden brown. You can substitute with whole wheat bread, baguette, or regular sliced bread according to your preference. Toasting the bread makes the open sandwich texture even better.
