Main Ingredients- 1 pack Chicken Breast (approx. 200-300g)
- 2 leaves Cabbage (chopped into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/4 block Tofu (approx. 100g, cut into cubes)
- 1/4 Onion (thinly sliced)
- 400ml Water
Spices & Seasoning- 4 Tbsp Curry Powder (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- Pinch of Turmeric Powder (for color and flavor)

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the tofu: cut 1/4 block of tofu into roughly 1.5cm cubes. Cutting them into a manageable size prevents them from breaking apart too easily during cooking and allows them to absorb the curry flavors well.
Step 2
Lightly grease a pan and pan-fry the cubed tofu until golden brown on all sides. This step not only prevents the tofu from crumbling in the curry but also adds a delightful nutty flavor.
Step 3
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Chop 2 cabbage leaves into thick shreds, and thinly slice 1/4 onion. Heat a little oil in a wok or deep pan. Add the chicken breast, cabbage, and onion, and sauté over medium heat until the onion becomes translucent. This process caramelizes the vegetables, bringing out their natural sweetness.
Step 4
Once the vegetables are well sautéed, pour in 400ml of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the chicken and vegetables are tender.
