This ‘shell fried rice’ is a culinary delight. Any leftover fried rice can be rolled into kimbap (sushi rolls) for an incredibly tasty Snow Crab Kimbap. Main Ingredients- 1 box of fresh Snow Crabs
- A moderate amount of well-fermented kimchi (finely chopped)
- 1 packet of seasoned seaweed snacks (crumbled)
- 3 sheets of kimbap seaweed

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
First, carefully clean and prepare the fresh snow crabs. Gently extract the meat from the crab legs for eating separately. Carefully separate the top shells (carapaces) from the crabs. Scoop out the tomalley (internal organs) and any broth from inside the shells; this will be used for the fried rice.
Step 2
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the cleaned snow crab shells (carapaces) and the finely chopped kimchi. Stir-fry them together until the kimchi softens and becomes fragrant. The sourness of the kimchi will begin to meld beautifully with the sweetness of the crab.
