Ingredients

  • 2 bowls of cooked rice
  • 200g napa cabbage kimchi, well-fermented
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Pinch of shredded seaweed (gim)
  • Pinch of toasted sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

Melt 1 Tbsp of butter in a heated pan over medium-low heat until fragrant. This will add a rich flavor base.

Squeeze out excess liquid from the kimchi, then chop it finely. Add the chopped kimchi to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until it softens and becomes fragrant. Cooking the kimchi well is key to developing its flavor.
