Ice Cream Base- 129g whole milk powder: Adds rich milky flavor and a smooth texture.

- 539g heavy cream: The key ingredient for creamy and rich ice cream.
Flavor Enhancers- 214ml milk: Provides a fresh and clean base flavor.

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
In a blender or ice cream maker, combine the whole milk powder, heavy cream, and stevia. Process on speed setting 4 (or medium speed) for about 7 minutes, or until the ingredients are well combined and slightly thickened. Ensure everything is thoroughly mixed for a smooth base.
Step 2
Next, add the milk and 5g of vanilla extract. Continue processing on speed setting 3 (or low speed) for another 5 minutes. This step further ensures a uniform and exceptionally smooth texture throughout the ice cream. Take your time to let the flavors meld perfectly.
Step 3
Pour the well-mixed ice cream batter into a freezer-safe glass container or an airtight container. Smooth the surface, then freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely set. For an even creamier consistency, you can take it out of the freezer once or twice during freezing and give it a quick stir.
