  • 2 Tortillas (15cm size recommended)
  • 80g Chicken Breast (pre-cooked smoked chicken breast makes it easier)
  • 1/2 Onion
  • A little Bell Pepper (using various colors looks nice)
  • A handful of fresh Lettuce or greens
  • 2 Tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • A little Honey Mustard Sauce
  • A pinch of Salt
  • A pinch of Black Pepper
  • A little Olive Oil

Begin by preparing all your ingredients. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper for easier cooking and a better texture inside the burrito.
